Find Ancestors

Hi all can anyone help to find a death record or any record at all of Haakon Olsen Etherington ?please.
I have been asked by his grandaughter ( connected to us by marriage ) if it was possible to find out about him and his wife, Ann Forrest White for her.
I had thought it might be possible with such an unusual name but boy was I wrong about that !!
probably born around 1904 but suspect he was Norwegian descent/origin ?
not much to go on I know- but if anyone can find anything,you guys can...so heres hoping

no she had no knowledge of her father apart from his name until recently when she had been given his parents names and some sketchy info which I have put at the beginning of this thread,although now I have just had help to find a marriage record of her parents ie. June Cooper to James Etherington sep Q Don Valley 2b 1035 in 1954.
We do know however that her mother,June died in 1957 the year after she was born in tragic circumstances, aged about 22/23- so we are guessing 1935 dob for June although I haven`t found her birth record yet either.

Why 1930? Is he known to be very much younger than his wife?

No Haakon is Ann`s husband, James is their son. I had mistakenly put the year of birth that I had guessed at for James on this thread for Haakon.

Bjornbak is Danish I think. (as in Annalise)

James' birth was registered Mar quarter 1933.

I have found the death record for Haakon !!!
june Q 1983 DONCASTER vol.3 page 0485 and it gives his d.o.b too 30/9/1904.
will have to get the cert to find out where he was born hopefully.

It looks likely that Haakon was Norwegian/or norwegian descent. Any idea of how to try to find info from norway as to his birth etc ? hope someone can help please
