I have found a Mary C Andrews, mothers maiden name Thomas, born Apr/June 1932 in Stepney. Could this be a possibility.

there are two possibles, M C andrews 1933 mother Kellyway, and has LL says 1932 mother Thomas,
she was divorced late 1958 she may have had a daughter Janet or Janis,around 1957 I have tried writing to quite a few Janis Bakers, have had replys from most, be no luck there, we know that she was around london, but where in London? once again thank you

thank you for your input, i have tried to get in touch with this Janis, but there is no reply,,I did have an address,but she may have moved,and I believe I may have found her on FR, but she doesn't reply, maybe she is not the one, or is not now a member?

Now to go get his name....

Ok got to love marriage records..... David M Hemingway has 2 registrations..... for a Janis M Baker, and another other name of Edwards!

So she was maybe brought up with a different name other to the one she was born with or she has been married and divorced by the age of 18?
