Seems she married again in 1979

Janis M Hemingway, married Ian D Whitaker, Hillingdon, 13 1018, 3Q 1979

Assuming this is the same person?

Sough to Hillingdon is 6.4 miles.... so good chance !!

Janis M Baker married Hemingway, Slough, 19 0465, 1Q 1975

Now to go get his name....

Ok got to love marriage records..... David M Hemingway has 2 registrations..... for a Janis M Baker, and another other name of Edwards!

So she was maybe brought up with a different name other to the one she was born with or she has been married and divorced by the age of 18?

Am i missing something... but if she's born in 1957 she may well not now be a Janis Baker?

Have you found a marriage for her?

I've searched from 1978 to 1983

thank you for your input, i have tried to get in touch with this Janis, but there is no reply,,I did have an address,but she may have moved,and I believe I may have found her on FR, but she doesn't reply, maybe she is not the one, or is not now a member?

There is a birth registered for Janis M Baker mothers maiden name Andrews. Stepney 5d 879. Jan/March 1957.

there are two possibles, M C andrews 1933 mother Kellyway, and has LL says 1932 mother Thomas,
she was divorced late 1958 she may have had a daughter Janet or Janis,around 1957 I have tried writing to quite a few Janis Bakers, have had replys from most, be no luck there, we know that she was around london, but where in London? once again thank you

Do you know where Mary was born?

I have found a Mary C Andrews, mothers maiden name Thomas, born Apr/June 1932 in Stepney. Could this be a possibility.

maiden name Andrews, and she lost touch with her children, long story, but I know she tried to see them, she may of cause not be alive any more, she could allso be married again, i know she had a younger sister, thank you

still looking for Mary C Baker,born about 1934. married Kenneth Baker, 1952 in Ely; had two Children, Colin 1953 Christine 1955,lost touch 1957, Colin would love to have any information about her, she is believed to have had other children, any one who thinks they know this person, we would be very thankful ,
