I would send for the marriage certificate so at least we know who his wife is.

Sorry thought it was the 1891 not 1901 so yes it could well be him and family.

Not sure that this is the right family.
If you go by the 1881 census and the siblings ages they do not match and I know they wont always.
Ummm not sure.
