I can find him on the 1871 and the 1901 census records as follows

In 1901 on the ship SSKestral based at Hull and married, occupation states Fisherman "mate"

1871 60 Woodcocks buildings Sheffield living with his family

Can't locate him on the 1881 or find out who he married

Any help appreciated

I have tried searching for Herbert Lockward born 1865 but Ancestry is playing up again!...just about to open image and it's gone wotits up!...
