I just found Ingo's date of birth through google - a conference proceedings!! It was 25 March 1890! I'm going to ask on another thread how to track down birth's in Germany as I think this is out of your area of expertise now.

Well I don't have access to records. I am not working at the moment with a baby daughter, so your help is much appreciated. I'm in NZ also, so I don't know much about the American records.
