Sorry, can't find anything on Elisabeth.
That's it for tonight. I have to work tomorrow, so can't help then ---------------- One more thing:
United States Patent Office Eugen Hackh, of Stuttgart, Germany ...dated July 11, 1893...
The site address is too long to add here. I googled Eugen Hackh Stuttgart Look for "Photographic Gallery - Google Patents Result". Not sure if this is your Eugen, but thought I would let you know.
There is another result for the above google search. Look for "Toy Projectile" Look at the witness on page two.
At least one more patent can be found with the google search. Be sure to look "above" the type material. You will see the design of the patent, and in one case, I believe his signature. ---------------- freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~herz//neckarsulm/immigr_wei.htm Emigrants from Neckarsulm Hackh, Eugen

Could this be Ingo's father?

Hi Lisa
I just found Ingo's date of birth through google - a conference proceedings!! It was 25 March 1890! I'm going to ask on another thread how to track down birth's in Germany as I think this is out of your area of expertise now.
Just letting you know. Thanks!! Belinda

Thanks so much Lisa. If you are able to find anything out about his sisters, that would be great too, but only if you want to. Sorry I didn't come back last night - I went to bed as it was getting late in NZ!!!
Thanks again for everything you have found. Kind regards Belinda :-)

PS Are you only looking for his information, or would you like information about his sisters?

Hi Lisa
Well I don't have access to records. I am not working at the moment with a baby daughter, so your help is much appreciated. I'm in NZ also, so I don't know much about the American records. This guy was fairly famous I gather, so there might be the odd biography about. Only search if you have time. What you have given me is quite amazing. Thank you!

Belinda, after I copied the census, I realized that you might have wanted to find more information on your own? I hope I didn't spoil your fun. Have to stop for an hour or so. Will continue to look around, if you like.
Just saw your latest post (didn't see the others until I finished looking for information). If you would like me to look further, I'd be happy to do so. I'll be back in a bit. :)
