Member Since: February 2007 Posts: 32 Send Message	Please could someone help me? I'm trying to find my Great Grandma i have been told she was born in Darfield 21.2.1900 but i can find no record of her except on my grandads birth certificate, and that doesn't give her first name. Thanks Michelle

	This is the nearest I could find on FreeBMD Births Dec 1903 INSKIP Elizabeth Ellen W. Derby 8b 443 or Births Dec 1904 Inskip Ella Haslingden 8e 85 Where is Darfield, what county? Also do you know what year she got married? Selena

	Michelle, I think it would be best to purchase granddad's birth certificate if you have the volume and page numbers, this will give you his mum's first name. Hopefully then you can find her marriage certificate and then find her on the 1901 census. Good luck,
