hi everyone, me again. Im looking for the birth of Gertrude A.E Parsons and her brothers and sisters who are Lilh?(could not be right) Phil(could be Philip) and Dick(could Richard) sorry i can not be any more helpfull.
Gertrude was born in c1915 in Essex i dont know her parents names.
I hope there is enough information for someone to help and get there teath stuck into.

Gertrude married Thomas Langman in Orsett, Essex in 1938, if this helps

Those were the only ones I found in Essex with James as the wife and as the mothers maiden name using freebmd - you would have to search the birth registers images to see if there are any more.

The one with the mothers maiden name of James is the only Gertrude Parsons born in Essex between 1910 and 1920

i was just trying to work out her birth going by the year for her marriage

Well seeing as you have her initials as A E - and that is the only one in Essex who just so happens to have those initials too - you probably have the right one.

It may be that there is a big gap between children and they are not transcribed yet on freebmd or perhaps they were born before they married and are registered as James - or perhaps they were not her siblings but another family members - or cousins?

Were any of her siblings witnesses at her marriage?

i dont know im affraid, sorry i know i havent been much help. The reason that im interested is because my partners Grandmother told me she is related to Sir Charles Parsons who was an inventor(lots of information on him on the net) and i wanted to find a link between them, she said that he was her G.Grandfather so im working my way up.

that looks like it was the right time and place of death as i know my partner remembers her. definatly the right place

The name Dick could of course relate to Gertrude's father - and the son George R born 1919 could be George Richard?
