Trying to find brother and sisters of george llewellyn of tongwynlais I know of of 1 brother thomas john who died in the fww and that george married a lydia jones. any help with brothers and sistes or parents of george would be very helpful dates around late 1800s Thank You.

Was it definately Lydia ?

no this is not the correct person Thomas John was in the loyal north reg and died in august 1918

I have the parish records for Tongwynlais!! my family hail from there - just up the road from me - I shall take a look for you - may be some time!

no not really I have a random date of 1884 but not sure if this relates to my George Not sure if Lydia was a fair few years younger than George Would appreciate any help at all Thank You

Brawdy is a heck of a way from Tongwynlais - Brawdy is in Pembrokeshire down towards St David's

Well Cardiff covers Tongwynlais
but you need to know if the G stands for George.


Is your F I L David G ?

Think you need to start with your F-I-Laws birth certificate and then the parents marriage cert which should give you the fathers names and go from there.

I really need to know the name of George's father - I have found a William Llewelyn born 12.07.1807 and a Lydiia Jones born 20.7.1808 - daughter oif James and Ann

Lydia Jones was George's ( or Ivor's) wife m.1932

the parish records I have don't come up that far!!!
