the parish records I have don't come up that far!!!

Lydia Jones was George's ( or Ivor's) wife m.1932

I really need to know the name of George's father - I have found a William Llewelyn born 12.07.1807 and a Lydiia Jones born 20.7.1808 - daughter oif James and Ann

Thanks for your help i will continue with my search i will most probably be back at a later date

Well Cardiff covers Tongwynlais
but you need to know if the G stands for George.


Is your F I L David G ?

Think you need to start with your F-I-Laws birth certificate and then the parents marriage cert which should give you the fathers names and go from there.

Could be the same I know my father in law was born in 1934 and he did have an older brother Thanks

Could George have been his middle name ?

Brawdy is a heck of a way from Tongwynlais - Brawdy is in Pembrokeshire down towards St David's

no this is not the correct person Thomas John was in the loyal north reg and died in august 1918

This looks like Thomas John death. States parents David and Sarah
