I do go on Family Search but I didn't realise that you could get Norfolk Parish Records on there, do I have to do anything different than entering the normal bits on there?

Possible clue 1851
Alice Smith is mother of Mary, so could also be Henrys mother?

Hi
Henry's parents are George Bales (born approx 1811 Wymondham, Norfolk and is a Boot/Shoe Maker) and his mum is Mary - also born approx 1811 in Wymondham but do not know her maiden name - I had a theory that her maiden name may be Smith

Hi Eveyone
Don't want to confuse it but when I have looked on the census when Henry Bales was living with Aunt and Uncle, Martha and Henry Smith I also found apart from the Crosskey's on another census they had nephews living with them in 1871 - Surname Barnard and Halford.
Henry Smith is also the witness on Henry Bales and another of the Bales marriage cert

You need to find out the names of Henry's parents..........no other way to try to make links with the Smiths

Hi Flick
Fannar is actually Henry Femor Crosskey born November 1854 in Adelaide, Australia - I have looked a bit into the Crosskey part but didn't want to go to far, but cldn't find the connection
Did find that Rowland Crosskey married Margaret Barnard in 1854 Newington
