Valerie Morshead, Any info on The Featonby Family from Durham will be greatly appreciated. Two brothers and their two cousins travelled to Victoria ,Australia. My line is William,b.1835 =Janet Ogilvie,b.1849. Their son George Ernest Featon by ,my G'Pa ,b.1879,worked in the goldfields and later came to New Zealand. George was born in Clunes,Balla rat,Victoria. He was one of 9 children. I can go back as far as Peter,born 1675. Does anyone have any info ? Hopefully, Valerie Morshead, New Zealand. |
