Many thanks for your prompt reply, it appears that the first Galloway, John b(1870) his son Samuel b!(1900) is the one I am looking for. He married Sarah Ellen Jones in1926 in Birkenhead Ches, I suppose that certificate can be got from the registers office? and death certificates?
