It might not necessarily be a problem at GR's end as if it were, everyone would would be experiencing the same thing.

I have Firefox 4 and IE 8 and both are working as expected. I wonder if it is happening with certain browsers?

Kemp,

I trust that you realise that once the drop down menu drops you have to move your mouse pointer down vertically. If your mouse pointer moves off the menu that has dropped the menu will disappear instantly.

Kemp it actually works if you hold the mouse down and slide it down the menu. But I still can't get it to hold on despite what GR Admin say. They are convinced it is my PC.

Hold down the left click on your mouse and run down the menu which will stay open !!! coz you are holding the key down! then release the left click on your mouse and re-click very quick!!!

Just another thought.

Previously when members have had problems with buttons not working or appearing in the correct place on the page, it has sometimes been down to the way their screen pages are set on their PC.

I find that if I set my screen size to 1024 x 768 and then adjust the page size (by holding down the Ctrl key and moving the mouse wheel up ore down as necessary) so that the webpage completely fills the screen from left to right, with no discernible green border on each side, but not too wide so there is wrap-around, then I get the best results.

It also works well for most other sites too, at least it does for me.
