	Hake OH is first generation Ukrainian and the Ukrainian Catholics, although affiliated with Rome, still use the Orthodox Dates. So this weekend is the Easter Weekend. We also have two Christmases with the Orthodox one being celebrated on 7th January. It's all to do with the change from the Gregorian to the Julian calendar. The Easter date is a moveable one so sometimes the two Easters coincide ...but not this year :-D

	It was a girl in a hot air balloon, the inference being that you would be very light if you ate Nimble Bread. As an impressionable teenager, I thought the more of it I ate, the slimmer I would be :-D Potato Salad
