Actually, Jem, it's one of the oldest in WA being Wellington Lodge No 4. I think it was consecrated in 1890. There are many young members, but ironically very few senior members who carry out many parts of the ceremonies which the younger ones aren't qualified to do :-)

If I suddenly disappear it is because I can hear the sound of distant drums (thunder). If the storm gets closer I'll be shutting up shop :-D

No, I can do the two. Many of the guys are members of two or more Lodges, some of them Lodges in Perth. My main Lodge is a 'Day' Lodge, my new one is a 'Night' Lodge which meets at seven thirty

Hi, Jem :-)

Yep! They would have had to look through our storms however :-D A massive low has been meandering down the coast of WA. Very string winds, heavy rain and the temps have really fallen.

I was a bit concerned for my daughter travelling back from Shark Bay, as it is a good eleven or twelve hour drive at the best of times, but she arrived home safely.
