Hi...can any one help find info on the above man. He is my father, DOB Aug 1918, died Isle of Man 1986.

He was in the Secret Service and travelled all over the world. He worked with Ian Smith Rhodisia and god knows who else.

His Secret Service Records are very elusive.

His 3rd Wife Margaret Watterson (from the Isle of Man) is also very elusive and had some kind of hold on him. Her daughter Susan is also very elusive. I presume Susan still lives on The Isle of Man.

Any info would be great...many thanks..

Chances are - Secret Service records can't be made public . (I don't know - I'm just guessing.)

Before we risk posting anything online, is Margaret still living?

Thank you for this info.....That Susan is my sister Susan Meninsky/Menin/Lowrie....not Margaret Wattersons daughter...Margaret Watterson also had a son, David l think, he committed suicide, as did his mother, so no she is not alive...l think she died in Eastbourne 1996

My sister Margaret Tedder and myself enquired years ago re secret service and were told we had to wait 30yrs, that has since increased to 50yrs but dont know when that was!

My family were: Hilda Joan Meninsky/Menin/Stendera, (mum) David Jeffrey Meninsky/Menin, retired Sqd Ldr.(father) Margaret Eileen Meninsky/Menin/Moffat/Tedder. Janet Davinia Meninsky/Menin. Susan Meninsky/Menin/Lowrie/Caldwell. ..my 3 sisters.

For the Secret Service records, it seems you need to go back to whoever you asked before, and clarify the situation.
