FMP lists a 1985 birth. The image says the place was L.F.Cyprus.

Any idea what L.F stands for?

Could it be Land Forces Cyprus as I believe both service hospitals were still open then so if it's related to a Forces child they would be born either at Dhekelia or Akrotiri.

Land Forces would seem to fit. It seems, from other sources, that the father was in the Army.
