	Thank you for the information. I am hoping to be able to get army records for an ancestor who was in the Londonderry Heavy Anti Aircraft 1939-1945.

	They'd probably still be with the MOD. This is the link for obtaining UK service records: http://www.veterans-uk.info/service_records/service_records.html A copy will cost £30 unless the serviceman or his widow can sign the form.
