Do you mean that Pauline was there, or do you mean Arthur? It's not clear from your post.

When was she (or whoever) in Harold Hill?

I don't see Arthur or his wife on the Electoral Rolls - at least not together, and/or not with their middle initials to distinguish them from other people of the same first and surnames.

I see you've included Pauline in your GR tree - how did you manage to obtain her permission?
