	Welcome to the boards, Queenk. If you look at the Electoral Rolls, under "Search" at top right of this page, and search for Peter Hargreaves, with keyword Derby, you'll see there are four possibilities. ( BUT of course - he may have moved away from Derby.. Click on the document symbol at the right of each record to see the full addresses. I can't say for sure that any of those four are the man you're looking for. If you know the name of anyone who might have been living with the man you seek that might help to narrow down the search. Only one is for the current ER, and that man has three middle initials - so maybe not your man.

	Records show many people of that name born. Without some indication of his age, it is difficult to help.
