I am interested in tracing descendants of my 4 x great grand uncle Eli Wotton. He was born in 1847 in George Nympton Devon, and had 11 children. His parents were James Wotton an ag labourer and his wife Mary Bendle. He was innkeeper at the Jolly Sailor Inn near Moorsholm Yorkshire. Eli emigrated to Canada in 1893 on the ship The Sardinian from Liverpool to Halifax. The family lived in Manitoba and Eli was a farmer dying there in 1937 aged 90.
