Irene and Mary fraser ( my twin cousins )

Hoping to find my twin cousins Irene and Mary Fraser, brought up in Woodside Croft, Achterneed, Strathpeffer, By Dingwall in the 1940's. They moved to the Aberdeen area in their late teens - not sure of movements after that.

Welcome to the board, Hamish.

They were born in 1938 in Fodderty reg district. (Fodderty is near Dingwall)
They both have the middle name Lowen.

Can you tell us their mother's maiden surname, please? (EDIT: No, don't bother, it doesn't matter!)
Her name doesn't appear to be Lowen - at least I can't see a Fraser/Lowen marriage.

EDIT:

Mary married twice - both times in Glasgow.
First to Alexander Carmichael in 1963, and then to Alexander Mitchell in 1979.

She may still be living - I don't see a death record.

Irene and James had a daughter born 1961 in Perth.

The daughter married in Auchterarder in 1978.

She and her husband are on Auchterarder Electoral Roll for 2018, per 192.com
