hello Elaine

It sounds to me like an unstable account from the 'victim', a solicitor will rip the statement to pieces if it gets to court.

I think the CPS might throw the case out before it gets to court.

Think positive, I will channel all my positive thoughts for you and your daughter.

((((((((gentle hugs))))))))) for you.

I have ordered myself to go to bed, it's 1230am right now. I need more sleep than I admit to myself!!

I have conquered the papers, believe it or not, all that's left now is a pile to file and a pile for income tax and a couple of things to be dealt with next week. There are NO unopened envelopes. I hope I can maintain this feeling of relief, by not slipping backwards.
Although I have (and use) a SADD light in the winter, this year it has just not been enough. Of course there have been a few new things to rattle me, but now I am heading upwards again, hopefully for the summer months, till the days draw in again.
Those who read my early posts on this thread, know that piles and piles of papers and unopened envelopes are my 'Achilles heel ' when my mood is at bottom. I hope I have found a system for helping me maintain control in the months to come. Absolutely the high dosing of Vitamin B6 and B12 has had a beneficial effect also.
I've finished my Horlicks so it's "good night, sleep tight" from me.

Hi Liz, I had to stop OH from saying anything, it was MIL's day not mine. But she will trip up. I did do a wonderful job though and sput the feathers out when we got home. I will have help with my dad's 80 th from my brothers and sister. OH did as much as he could to help, but most of his work was to help set up and pay. It was a sense of acheivement for me to be able to organise every thing.

My future son in law brought all the flowers, proteas and banksias, and a huge bunch for MIL.

Love to all

Gail

Hi Gail, how on earth did you keep yourself from saying something, never mind pouting, I would have been spitting feathers! Flippin s.i.l. Sad that no one spoke up for you but I am sure she will catch herself out sometime, and well done you for staying so calm.
A good run up for the next party you are organising lol
You take care.

Carole, hi hon, haven't felt a lot like posting but getting back to my 'normal' self now lol whatever that is? You give yourself time to catch up, you will meet yourself coming back.

Elaine, what a dreadful worry for you re your daughter. How on earth can the police charge her when the so called victim can't even get her story straight? There are some dreadful people around. Hope it all gets sorted out soon. Get your Rescue Remedy out quick.

Morning everyone, I will catch up on all the newcomers soon, it is wonderful to see you join us.

Going shopping in a couple of weeks so am going to try and find some RESCUE REMEDY, in OZ.

I held my self together at MIL's party, on the outside I was wonderful, inside a seething mass of emotion, it amazed me later at how good I have gotten at not letting others see and covering everything else up. I think it is a defence and not showing people how vonurable you really are.

I have been pouting, (yes pouting) over the last couple of days, and yes I know I shouldn't. At MIL's party everyone was saying what a wonderful job SIL had done with the party and tracing MIL"s tree, and not once did she say it was not her but me that did it. She really swooned with all the adulation. After getting over myself, MIL knows I did it all, OH and I know I did it all and thats all that matters. I now realise she is a bit sad to have not said anything.

OK, am now over my little ME ME pouting and being stupid.

Will catch you all later and take care.

HUGS

Hi Deanna, Rescue Remedy, google it, is a little bottle of courage! It has been going for years, isn't expensive and I think it comes in a spray now too. You use a few drops on your tongue whenever you feel panicky or nervous etc so might help you tomorrow. It really works, and I am sure you can use it with most medications.

Good luck to your husband tomorrow, think ahead a week or so and things should be calmer? lol
Take care,
Lizx

I am late to bed tonight folks.

Gill, good to see you back.. see you tomorrow sometime too?

Liz, what is that *rescue remedy* you all speak about?

And to all of you..... my Allan is going into hospital tomorrow at 12.00 for 12.30..... to have his CARDIOVERSION.
We were told 8th, but this afternoon we had a phone call to tell us that it is TOMORROW.
a bit worrying when the date is suddenly changed. In fact it had not changed.... Allan had been given the wrong date, which was meant for someone else!

What a day we have had, haven't we?

I hope you are all coping well with the hassle, and we will all be back to normal tomorrow.....
NORMAL she says!! Idiot that I am !

Goodnight everyone and I'm too tired to mention all of you..... tee hee.
