I know the feeling, my daft bird sits on my shoulder listening to the other person speaking, sometimes joins in as well.

my friend has to let her jack russel to say hello when phone rings or she dont leave her alone

Hi Puss, It started when my son was in the navy, I used to put phone to Biggles ear for son to say hello, I think Biggles waited to hear if it was my son on other end. Animals are so clever.

Puss, we had a cat once who would jump up on the phone when it rang and knock the handset off, then he'd put his ear to it. Hubby said he didn't know why Biggles bothered as it was never for him.

Some really interesting pets on hear!!

I have a Lurcher called Bandit, I sware he thinks he's human, he knows when you're talking about him his ears prick up and starts tilting his head to listen to you, he will also talk back, he really gets into the conversation bless him, very vocal dog!!! Never known a dog like it.

He knows when it's his bed time he waits at the door to go up stairs at about 9 o'clock even tho we're not going to bed he does and refuses to get up in the morning until he hears his lead get picked up. Lol!!

My Blue Heeler Cattle dog 3yrs. Whenever we go to the beach or its rains she will go n.o. 1 and 2s in the water. People laugh at her. Its even worst when she swallows salt water, it goes right threw her boy she squirts. loves trying to catch fish on low tide, she no chance at all.
The other is the pussy cat game, when we make cats noises she runs around and singing aloud trying to find the cat. she loves its. But when shes see a really cat she sits there staring at it shaking she doesnt know what to do.

lol, mine can beat them all,(and drive me bonkers), if I don't uncover him by the time he thinks I should, he starts shouting 'weetabix', he has the tiny ones with nut and fruit. When it comes to me going to kitchen for tea and toast to take my next tablets, he goes straight to the toaster and says 'my toast', he has a small corner of wholemeal toast. Am I the only cockatiel owner on here? Oh and he doesn't ask for a grape, he can undo the sliding zip thing on bag, take a grape then fasten it up again by nibbling it together.

Our ten year old Brtish Shorthair Mirabelleis an absolute sweety. Got OH tied around her paws tho .she knows he gives her the small hard treats in the evening on a saucer ,she only gets a small amount tho as we know she shouldnt have too many. Her inner clock tells her when its time and she comes and sits at his feet and looks up at him pleadingly. if he doesnt respond then she paws him like a dog would til he gets up and goes to the kitchen and gets her treats sorted
She really an intelligent gal!!

Jethro chews my nose when he wants to go to bed.

Hermie crawls under the covers in the night... and head butts my hand until I cwtch him. Then he nips my hand to let me know he is going back out to play.

Oh for a full night's sleep!!

Our little tabby cat wanders into the living room and sits waiting for one of us to get up and follow her into the study. She leaps on to the leather chair and that's a signal for someone to pick her up for a cuddle.
Why she can't just jump up onto a lap we don't know but she does this every evening at about the same time!

She's a real creature of habit. A sweet but funny little animal.

If Betty (cat) thinks I'm a bit late in feeding her,she climbs up my back - I have lacerations all over it!!!

If George, her brother wants feeding, he will first try to find the tissues. If he manages,to find them, he will pull them out and shred them.
If he can't find the box of tissues, he will find one of my handbags and start rifling through it, pulling everything out bit by bit!!!

If our's what out they open the door Cass pull's handle down Bon pulls it open Cass has aways opened the door from about six monthes if i am going to work or to bed and shut the kitchen door she never opens it. If Bon want's any thing she bark once. Valxxx

One of the other odd things the younger dog does is after a 2 hour walk round the park, he's desperate to rush into the garden for a wee!!

they are so funny, our younger one stands on the giant bean bag and you have to rush to get her on the training mat in time, i take her out with poppy but candi waits till she gets back in nice

our cat knocks to go in and out,,

till i get out think shes a voyager lol

i put her feet in the other day she wasnt happy but the kids thought it was hilarious lol
