That started me off again :((

But I stopped again 24 yr ago and have never looked back.And you might not believe me, but I still get the urge to light one up sometimes, I would never do it though :))

i wish i never either, it was one of the daft things i did when i had postnatal depression and carried on for 7 years glad to have stopped now though and to be honest i aint missing it as much as i thought i would.

well done - last time I gave up smoking I only lasted until I'd saved enough for some new leathers & helmet then slowly started again.

Think your idea of keep giving yourself targets is fantastic.

The coughing will stop once all the little hairs (which act as filters) grow back on your throat and nose.

well done Jax, i gave up but got chest infection and coughed so much i broke a rib, started smoking agian and cough gone and feel much better. lol.
