TOTAL COMBAT 23, IS ON THE 23rd FEBRUARY 2008 AT RAINTON MEADOWS ARENA, HOUGHTON-LE-SPRING, TYNE & WEAR

My friend Lisa Higo is having her first pro-MMA full contact cage fight - this involves kickboxing and mixed martial arts, and grappling and what we call 'floor war' - if you've seen ultimate fighter on tele this is what she's doing!!!

Lisa is currently 3x world title holder in Kickboxing and has 16 european titles!!!

The BBC are doing a doccumentary on her as we speak and will be there to film her fight!!!!

Lisa Is the bravest person i have EVER known - i wouldn't dare go into cage fighting - She is VERY nervous - but i will be there to support her (and her hubby obviously will be there - he too is a title holder in Kickboxing)

We are hoping to get a good crowd there to support her, her club, my club and as many friends as we can get!!!! (anyone else want to come???)

Going to be an exciting night - Good luck babes!!!!!

ps. there will be numerous male MMA fighters there competeing also, big, handsome, muscle bound, strong..........
