Julie I would advise you to ask for further details on proceedures within this home as interaction with patients /residents in nursing and care homes is extremely important. |

.................woooooo i'd check it out a bit more. I work in an E.M.I. home and yes we do those things BUT we also spend time with the residents, talking , playing games, anything to occupy them. |

Hi Glynis I had a interview on Saturday and do staff ever sit down and talk to residents this home is for senile residents as I never worked in 1 before I asked what is done on a shift and she said feed and toilet runs nothing about interaction |
