I have been to them all. Fuerteventura only for a day trip. not my cup of tea looks lovely but a bit quiet for me.
Lanzarote is smaller quieter than Tenerife, probably the dearest of them all,but no high rise hotel's 3-4 max by law.

Tenerife, can be pretty wild in some areas, but if you watch where you go and what time of year. Plenty to do though for all ages.

Puerto Rico has a lot of climbing, hills etc.

Playa Del Ingles/ Masplasmos isn't so hilly. lovely sand dunes there....nudist beach too if you fancy it lol.

We went back to Playa Del Ingles last year. we went self catering first time in 4 years.
We decided we will. go ALL inclusive next time, as it wasnt that much dearer...if any.

All inclusive, you get all your meals and drinks in cluded. so if you have kids who want fed and watered all day,and you drink your selves. It would be worth thinking about.
Entertainment for all ages too

holidaytruths.com or holiday reviews will give you an idea on the hotels.

It is hilly, but if you stay on the bottom level you'll be fine. The view from the top is fantastic, but sooo many steps!

Never been Catherine but both daughters and families have lots of times and all agree Lanzarote is the best.

Linda

Hope wherever you go you have a great time!

Puerto Rico has lovely beaches, cheap food, cheap drink and all year round sunshine. What more do you want!!

The only downside is that it is built into the hillside, so lots of steps, but the taxis are cheap!
