I have done this twice before, I didn't say I was going I just stayed away for a while.

It is sad as you seem to be the same as me, we NEED this board. It keeps me happy and gives me some one to talk to.
BUT if it is bringing you down, then take a rest Colin.
You come back when you feel able to.

I try and ignore it too, but even I've been switching off the last couple of days..........I can't be doing with spiteful people who only come on here to moan or slag others off.............if they hate the boards and some members that much why don't they go elsewhere and be happy!?!
