I agree with " we are all adults and nothing wrong with a good debate ". I have pulled threads when I can see they are turning nasty or turning in to personal attacks no need for it.

Not met before, how are you? My Thread was never meant to cause trouble. I just want people to be themselves, have a laugh/joke, or be serious if they wish! We all don't want bullies on here or people that use and manipulate others for their own gains..I feel very passionate about these things and hope that people will eventually understand where I am coming from and that WE can eradicate the bad apples..all the best GA

i last night pulled a thread that was important to alot of ppl...

not because myself and my friend couldn't back our selves up...we are both capable of doing that

because some ppl turned into a personal attack

nothing to do with the thread subject at all

it was nasty....many were disgusted

so i pulled it so it stop the hurt...

i dont do nasty never have never well

nor well i or my threads be used for such things

its not my fault if certain ppl turn my threads into these things

but it is my right to delete if i see fit

i know my thread isnt the thread that started this but sadly it is a common problem on the boards

for them that have been hurt

i am sorry i do understand what your going through

for those with suspicious minds...i have nothing to say to you

The reason I think they pull their threads GA is when the thread goes off the topic, or someone turns it into their personal vendetta......then the best thing to do is just end it....

Carol, no offence, GA started this thread, and he is NOT Angie....I can assure you of that!!. Also, this thread is a knock on, from a previous thread posted tonight, which has now been pulled by the originator,,,a thread where I was singled out...If any1 has the right to be upset, it should be me!!.but the support of the friends I have on here, has made me laugh and rise above it.....

Carol, yeah know the feeling:) I put a thread up last week in support of a friend but because certain people decided to add their "negative" pennies worth, I was asked to delete it, which I never, because it was there to support my friend...

Re moderators, I think some of the sites work very well with volunteer moderators from among the members.

We have been asking for moderators for ages now, surely it would save GR admin time as they wouldn't then have to police the boards.
