OMG it's HUGE !!!!!!!!!!

I followed a recipe recommended from a website for white bread.
They advised a half tps extra salt. Apparently it is supposed to make it rise better.
They weren't wrong. My bread has an hour to go and it's busting out of the breadmaker. lol. I'm frightened it's going to explode lololol.

This is the 3rd loaf of the day. Kids, parents and OH devoured other two.

Please pray it it works or I'll be up til the early hours waiting for next one to cook lol xx

you cant beat a huge one dripping with buter im going to rob peter and paul this week andbuy one , speckys was a bit yuk even the birds didnt eat it

I've made a few yuk ones Puss even with the bread maker. If this does work without busting my breadmaker I'll give you the recipe lol xx

I've used mine every day since I've got it Stray. Honest. It lives in the Garage when it's not being used of an evening but it's out first thing in the morning.

This recipe is superb it's really cracked it for me now. When you get one give me a shout and I'll give you the recipe and instructions xx

1 and and half pound white loaf.

Recipe

1 cup warm water
***edited*** 25g white sugar
7g yeast
60 ml vegetable oil
410g Bread flour
1 and a half tsps salt.

Place water sugar and yeast in bread maker pan and let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 mins.

Add the oil, flour, and salt.

Select menu number one 1 and a half pound loaf. Light colour.

That's it xx

It all goes in the breadmaker hon. Follow instructions and it will be brill I promise

After it's cooked just open the lid when it's finished baking. Leave it to cool for 10 mins and that's it xx

i used hovis quick yeast.Not fresh xx
