Hi Maggie I have 3.
An Edwardian a thatched cottage and one like the thatch but with slate roof that one I think I will make into a pub.
Love playing with them.
The last one isn't finished yet OH brought it in out of the garage and forgot it. But I have so much to do on the others that I haven't rushed him.
They are all hand made by my OH.
Oh I have a kit that I got to do myself that is a lovely little cottage but still in it's box.
I have the Edwardian in the front room and then in a back room have the two cottages with a nice little garden between takes up almost all the wall in that room
Yep I like playing with toys. :-))

*Hayley goes for the cook in the kitchen, unaware that maggie, wanting authenticity, has made some small but sharp mouse traps out of paper clips & balsa wood*

Maggie

My 5 year old loves it Julia - except she wants to know when the builders are leaving LOL
I tend to buy furniture etc from Sue Ryder (just google it), it's a reasonable price, so I don't get paranoid when my grand daughter plays with it - and you're donating to charity!! They've only been selling it for 2 years, but their stock is expanding rapidly.

Any other regressed adults out there who like playing?
I persuaded my daughter to buy me a dolls house kit last Christmas which I have been occasionally working on.
I wanted to design it internally as Edwardian and have been using a wonderful site for renovating real houses, called Bricks & Brass.
This site now has a wonderful 'quiz' for dating your (real) house, which I have just used for my 4 storey hand painted red brick dolls house.
My house was apparently built between 1880 and 1910 which has well chuffed me, as I decorated the outside before deciding on a style,
