My Dad worked on the London Underground for over 35 years and was there was a never ending pile of things handed in from trains that people had left behind including False Teeth, Crutches, Wigs, Glass Eyes and a Coffin!!!!

3 rooms full of son's belongings......including all the essentials of student life.
He moved back for a while while he retrained and now we are left with all manner of things while his own house is being renovated. He bought it 2 years ago so it must be nearly sorted???
I should be grateful for small mercies, I guess.
He has taken the helicopter blade already.


Also have a ladder that doesn't belong to us. Made of aluminium it belongs to the Gas board and says so on the side. They left it in our garden when they needed access to fit a flue in our neighbour's house. I phoned them twice...or maybe 3 times but that was years ago.

I am sure that if my son were to investigate his shed, he would find my lawnmower, hedge trimmer, tree loppers, electric drill.........and probably more, I know that he has his father in laws' wallpaper steamer........

I have dangling on my car mirror, a hoop ear ring, and hanging from that a silvery longhandled spoon type thingy, probably was a belly button thingywhatsit......

Oh and a heap of flaming branches from next doors HUGE tree they don't belong to me but they land in my garden Grrrrrrrrr
