thanks sally ooooh this could be a master dish lol., the cats are sniffing round they wanna be carefull they dont end up curried, bringing me meeces in all the time

Thanks Lulli and Daff.................I am really careful with pork and chicken, I know they are dodgy unless cooked and/or reheated properly.

Pusscat, you,ll be OK as long as you,ve got an Ancient "Old Boiler",They usually do it with elderly "Old Birds" who are no Longer good Layers,or whatever. **M**. :o)))))>xx.

Mum used to buy boiling chickens ages ago.....and used them in her broths and soups, and always had a good stock-pot going, which would last for ages and be the basis for all soups and stocks......all the meat bones, raw veg etc would go in, and as long as it was boiled every day it was OK......but unless it was looked after it had to be thrown, otherwise you could get food poisoning....

I don't do this, but my Sis has a stock-pot going now and again......and she hasn't poisoned anyone......yet.....

Just for Kitty," Best Recipe" for "Chicken Curry". First, Get Large Chicken,Second,Throw it in Bin.Third,Get Tarted Up,Fourth, Call Taxi.Fifth,Proceed to Good Curry House,Sixth, Order Chicken Curry With all the Fancy Bits ( Plus a few Bottles of Vino ) Seventh,Just enjoy.Saves a lot of messing about and Washing up. **M**.:o)))))>xx.
