Take the chicken breast and place between some cling film and bash with a rolling pin so they become thinner

--------right,this afternoon we've got 3 chicken breasts,1 onion,1 green pepper,a tin of sweetcorn,some mushrooms,and a tub of tomato and mascarpone sauce.There is a choice of rice,pasta twists or potatoes to add some carbs-------so now what?
