I agree with what everyone has written.
My philosophy has always been to just 'chat' to
anyone on here.
I not interested in getting into heated disscussions
with those who appear to only want to cause
trouble.
I joined to find family, as you all did, and its been
great to chat and have fun along the way.
(I love the "7 word story" on Gen.)

I too wear my heart on my sleeve I accept people as I see them, if I don't like them I don't bother with them (What you see is what you get with me and if you don't like it tough!) I love a laugh and a joke as good as the next man/woman.

I have been on a couple of chat boards and got to know some really nice people too, I really hope I can on here to.

You are so right we don't know who we are really talking to.
BUT
We are all human beings and hopefully if we all treat each other as just that we will all get along.

Personally I don't always share my troubles ,only with a few, though I know a lot of us are disabled by one thing or another and get great comfort from these boards.
Most of all it's that sense of all being in the same boat and searching for rellies most of the time.
Doesn't matter thin or fat rich or poor.
JUST GOOD FRIENDS.

Only just seen this thread Rose.........it is lovely.

I am what I am and can't pretend to be anyone else...............I was raised to be open and honest and always try to be both.

I would never knowingly hurt anyone and I don't think many people would in real life or in cyberland.

I may be too trusting sometimes, but see that as a strength rather than a weakness.

I do get very low from time to time and my good cyber buddies on here have lifted me back up when I really needed it.

For that I will always be thankful.

had some great laughs with you all especially when the brandy comes out

without you all i would never have found some very important members of my family

Daughter of mother who reminds me how much like my father I am and then says she hasn't seen him lately (he died 1999) but another time she will think I'm her youngest sister!
I'm the proud mother to a wonderful son & and daughter.
Happy G'ma to son and wife's baby daughter and that is a real joy.
