Daff You make loads of sense - pity does take less energy but when this person is hurting someone I love I want to hurt back double. It's wrong and I know it. It's just my natural reaction to things.

I will work on feeling pity and it's not hard as they are pitiful and pathetic. xx

This person I pity used two people I love more than my own life, one is a defenceless baby. This very week. But pity her I do. She has nothing, and she is nothing. And she has done this toherself, with no help from anyone. Justice will be done,one day, I promise.

Save all of your energies for those who love you, and need you.. and some for yourself too.

I too detest. The hurt was to someone I love. Can not forget or forgive - it was major..

I too believe in what comes round goes round. Trouble is I think I will have a long time to wait.

I hate the woman who had an affair with my husband,,,and yes,,,i know he was as much to blame as her,,,but she knew he was married,,,knew he had daughters and grandsons,,,and yet she wouldnt let go,,
And as evil as it sounds,,,i hope she gets breast cancer,,, And i dont give a toss what all you righteous lot think,,I hate her like Iv never hated anyone,,,, I just wish i had it in me to stop.

I feel a lot of hatred for someone and my feelings will never change towards the person as she is pure evil and she has put me and my eldest son through years of pysical and mental abuse and I will never forgive her for that,
The person is my mother which makes matters worse,
