It was claimed quite early in the investigation that the police had intercepted e-mails & mobile calls of the McCanns and their friends.

There were no claims that computers themselves had been taken, apart from those of Robert Murat.

I dont know what to think - if they want it they will take it - but it will add to speculation. I doubt they will find much on it though.
