my cooking is really good - just can;t get too many veg out of a patio.

i do the Jamie style cooking - bish bash bosh and it works my curry are to die for. All good stuff and no powder spices - I get them from the Indian supermarket and grind them myself

Just come on to thread.

Please please don't take any notice of Kittys recipes don't under any circumstances let her cook for you.

Thanks for all the great recipes!

I wondered off about 20 mins ago and made my concoction. Gently fried large onion, two sticks of celery, ton of garlic and some pumpkin seeds. Chopped lovely looking pumpkin into chunks and added. Then threw in tin of tomatoes and handful of broad beans I think? Uncle gave me them also. small jug of vegetarian seasoning and 4 vegetarian frankfurters. Simmering now. I will let you all know if it is nice or putrid!

CK..............it's a bit late for broad beans!

Are you sure they are beans...they are pale green and come in a pod that's all fluffy inside.

I DO know my vegetables...............just the cooking part that lets me down! lol

Course you can come out, cybered my soup to Ann......she has a GP on standby

Kitty they where in very long green pods and when popped out the size of butter beans and lovely colors, pinky and bluey, but loosing their color as they simmer. Oh s**t, they must be the ones i was supposed to throw out the window! No golden any thing for me now!

Still a bit sore but when its all better I promise
I wont complain about your cooking anymore.

Had my soup/casserole with rice. Don't wanna see a pumpkin for a while! Too much in it, I will freeze the rest and eat it when I have forgotten what it tastes like.

I can't......I accidentaly cooked too much meat on saturday................long story, so I have loads to use up now! lol

I think cold beef or bacon with chips, mushrooms, fresh toms (we have masses from the greenhouse) and eggs.

Husband has said he will cook tea today as he's hungry..........I think he is being rude...he takes the L plate off when HE cooks! lol
