Hayling Island is ok. Fantastic Fish and Chip shop.

I'm the same with Scarborough...nothing there except a few lumps of wall thet used to be a castle (back in the days of the vikings looking at it!), 2 strips of dirty sand and a herd of smelly donkeys!

Sorry was reading the Kate McCann thread.
I was joking about the north bit. It does seem that any area above Watford doesn't matter when forecasting the weather as long as it's nice down south though lol. I have lived all over the country as my father was in the RAF and yes even near Scarborough. Used to go to the Spa in Bridlington for my nights out many years ago. Blackpool don't even get me started!

Faith, if you're still here you should pop up to Leeds for a bit. It's nice in Yorkshire, and the last time I checked it was still "North" up here...

See I knew these weather forecasters only concentrated on the south when giving out good weather forecasts. lol. My sister will be happy she also lives in Portsmouth.
