I had it for a few days,it seemed OK except that the reply box seemed to be going west farther and farther,but today,!!!!!I got put back on the old System.The Mind Boggles.Will they ever get it right. Hal.

Helen, Thank you for letting me know. I have never thought about what number I had before now. I don't know if if is because I am shortsighted, but I am finding that I am squinting quite a bit whilst typing and reading this. I wonder if Genes will fork out if we need cosmetic surgery to get rid of extra lines round our eyes?? Jo

Ive just got the new layout and it looks awful as far as Im concerned. May be they are still working on it. However I am told authoritively on tips board that the general consensus is that its a great improvement. :(

Hi Helen That was weird...I was actually browsing threads when mine changed over from the old site to the new and I thought I'd broken something lol:) I must admit I was a bit peeved earlier in the week when I realised that both my birth and adoptive accounts were still on the old site, whilst my hubby's account had the new version. Talk about favouritism;)) It seems ok, but it's very odd having the message box squeezed up against the left hand side. Mandy :)

I had a reply from GR a few minutes ago to say they would be trying out the odd / even number for another week. When I went back to the page it had changed to the new layout. That was a quick week. Jacky PS It's horrible!

I hate this new format!!! I keep wanting to move this reply box to the right - and I can't!! What is the point of having all this wasted space on the right-hand side - unless that is going to be filled with ads too? Just like my home page. Oh, please, why do we have to change whether or not we want to?? I suppose, if I have now been slammed into the new format, that means I have an even number? I have no idea what my no.is. I hate typing up against the left-hand margin like this. And does anyone else think the little letterbox space given us in which to reply to Hot Matches is ridiculous? Joanna
