Kath hate to tell you this but the deaf generally do not want to hear!! Its only those that lose their hearing later in life that choose the aids route! xx |

Have signed the petition as I am 50% deaf in each ear which is bad enough and I dread it getting worse as I get older. Time for something to be done to help this affliction to be recognised along with the supply of digital hearing aids etc. for a better quality of life for them. Kath x |

Hi Diana, I'm on my way to sign now. I believe that all children should be taught to sign automatically when they start school, as many of them will go on to be deaf or hard of hearing in their later years! If everyone can sign, society then no longer disables deaf or hard of hearing people. |
