Find your Body Mass Index on http://www.cdc.gov/ or several other sites on the web ;-)) (Ros's thread about her friend got me thinking about such things) ;-))

LOL, no Dee, just stopped me having toast after my cornflakes... I have lost 2 1/2 stone and am doing ok so not too worried. Have a good day, it looks like the weather will be lovely. Tina x

Ann, I am surprised at yours, I would have said you were slim. I'm confortable with myself, guess that is what matters, but seeing that Ros's friend was denied surgery because she was over 25 I got a tad worried Dee ;-))

To do a real B.M.I test there are lots of factors, your frame size for one and also your waist/hips. these on line tests are not accurate
