	yeah i know .. i just did the washing up from a late breaky.. and put a washing on. Sorted meat out for lunch/dinner. pealed all the veg. Just need to get on with the hoovering .. but i am abit bloated now as just polished off a glass of milk .. so need to let that settle first.
