If an exact birthdate is known, then why not allow entry of it once and extract the year of birth from it for the relevant field. It's a bit long winded adding the same information twice! Also if a 2 digit year is entered, the system can assume it is in the 21st century even when impossible. My grandmother appeared not bo born until 2027!!
