I currently have the 'your membership is about to expire' message on my homepage. I have not yet renewed, although i probably wiil. But have been able to post this reply. What is going on? Bob

It seems the rules were changed sometime this morning, as Viv was able to add to this board earlier, but is unable to do so now, yet her membership doesn't expire until May. Surely if we can add messages here, it shouldn't be beyond GC managers to add a message to explain to their members what is going on!! My membership expires in May, I believe, so am I going to have the plug pulled on me because to date I've only paid 5 pounds and not the extra 2.50. Di, puzzled in Tsawwassen!

I can understnd non members not being able to add messages to the members book, acepting the title 'members'. But surly the Guest book is for non members IE. Guests to add their messages. Or am I missing something? Bob

Well GC has suprised us again, it does look like non members can only use the tips board and records board. I reckon they will lose a lot of customers this way. Debbie

Debra no idea whats happening, just spoke to Gerry on members to try and get some answers LOL, and it appears that he couldn't post on here (guest) till he was a member!!! make of that what you will. It appears GC have moved the goalposts and not informed us Shelli

I have just pressed the renew button and mine runs out on the 5th of march. And it says I have selected a members only page to upgrade. for the special price of £7.50 so does that mean its more for non members, so if mine run out and I payed later would I have to pay more. Debbie

Had Message today if I wanted to reply to any message I had to become a full member, as I needed urgently to reply to my FIRST request I had to comply, begrudgingly. Being new I wanted to test site first. But can't grumble at site it's well worth it, but GC could be more responsive to its membership, after all we are paying for it!!

lynda/debra can't quite work it all out myself, will be interested to see where this one goes!!! the changes may have only just happened as Gc has been on a go slow lately and that always happens when the adjust the site or send out newsletters Shelli

Hi Well I think it's a bit odd, I think GC should have put some sort of message what a non member cant do now, if this is the case, well theres going to be a lot of unhappy bunnies. debbie

If you go to your home page, on mine it says its just about to run out it doesnt say when, I have just been to the help faqs and it says on there the members book is for upgraded members only so it looks like non members will have to pay now to go on it, that will upset a few people. Debbie

I woulds like to know this as well, I noticed today on my home page there is a message telling me my subscription has nearly run out. I wasnt going to pay again until I wanted to email someone. Debbie

Out of curosity what conditions have been changed???

Ken will be unable to reply to any messages left for him on GC as I believe they have unfairly changed the conditions of membership without advising the members they were doing it. Thank you Ken
