Don't remember any of those, but does anyone remember this? One bright day in the middle of the night, Two dead men got up to fight. Back to back they faced each other, Drew their swords and shot each other. I've remembered that forever, but never knew where it came from. Asked my parents, but they didn't even remember it. |

I've remembered a silly rhyme my Dad used to say to me - Charlie Charlie Chuck chuck chuck went to bed with 3 young ducks One duck died and Charlie cried Charlie Charlie chuck chuck chuck. I wonder where he got it from? |

Maureen - thanks anyway. I know there's a bit about Mary's belly because I used to ask why is belly so rude. Now I think the rhyme might have been trying to imply 'pain in her belly' as pregnancy. Jen |

Hi, All this family history is making me remember strange snippets about my grandma including a funny little rhyme. It ends 'Don't be mistaken, don't be misled, the pain Mary had was a pain in her head'. Anyone know the rest please? Jen |
