Is there a film you like so much that you put it in your video recorder/DVD player and feel like you can watch it countless times over? If I was going to nominate just one then I would say Groundhog Day. Have seen it countless times and just find it instantly satisfying and brilliantly acted by everyone in it.

Hi Andy my feelgood films are Dirty Dancing, The Goonies lol, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Steel Magnolias. I was reading an article about 'Goodbye Mr Chips' at the end of the film when the old boy is dying, somebody says something like ' its such a shame he never had children of his own' then Mr Chips pipes up saying, 'yes l did, l had 300 children and they were all boys'!!! Would'nt be PC today would it lol Anne x
