Digital cameras pick up orbs far more than older cameras because digital cameras process the light differently and have a shorter focal length. This is what Fujifilm's troubleshooting section (http://home.fujifilm(.)com/products/digital/shooting/flash.html) says to people who don't want orbs ruining their photos: Make the surroundings as bright as possible so that you can shoot without using the flash. If the flash is detachable, hold it away from the camera. Take the picture in a less dusty location. Apparently the new generation of digital cameras are being introduced with a filter system in place which will reduce the orb effect. The quickest way to see if your orbs are ghosts or dust is to take a few photos in your kitchen (in low-light using the flash) then wave a tea-towel around and immediately take some more photos.

Hi all, When in Africa, my husband was taking photos of the Ramadan, and one old lady didn't want him to take a photo of her. She put her hands out uttering a curse. He didn't bother and went on taking photos. However, when we had the roll of film developed, the one photo which never came out was the one of the old woman. Black magic??????????????? Sylvia xxx

Hi Baz, Just read this thread, I think its me some people mentioned about my daughter having 'orbs' in photos... An update: I sent the photos to Derek Acorah, and they were confirmed as orbs.. they mentioned a very dominant female gaurdian Angel. they also found 3 more Orbs . I checked with Fuji film company and they could not come up with a techincal reason for these 'Lights' on the pictures. I have also had a memeber contact me on here whos' sister is a medium. She has done a complete reading of the photo. and also of others of my daughter, Freya, and has given me a very accurate reading of Freya's personality, and who the gaurdian Angel is. She is my Natural Grandmother (deceased). The lady told me things only i knew about... and a couple of things even i didnt, but my daughter did and confirmed them. My grandmother is looking after Freya. quite amazing, consisdering i was a complete sceptic before all this. Baz, if you want to have a look, there is a Picture of Freyas orbs on Photo pages. Em.

Hiya Louise, Many thanks for that, but I don`t feel the case is proved I`m afraid. I know what you`re saying though, but still believe she is in front of the `smoke`. Hopefully Derek Acorah might be able to tell me. xxx

Hi Baz, We've looked at the image on our photo programme so that we could enlarge it to see if the 'wisp' went under or over the dog's body. There's a noticeable difference between the texture of the edge of the dog compared to the region where the wisp crosses it which suggests that the wisp is in front of Kasha and not behind. I've e-miled a close up of the area concerned so that you can see what I mean. Hope that helps. Louise:-)
